Team work makes the dream work - TogetherNess Weddings

It goes without saying that I love my job - Working with inspiring couples, meticulously planning from my little office at home for months on end, overcoming new challenges, exploring new venues, styling beautiful scenes, mood boards, spreadsheets and lists - I love it all!

But without a doubt my favourite part is bringing it all together with my awesome team.

I LOVE the days leading up to a wedding - Transforming spaces, endless flower arranging, beautifying everything, problem solving, seeing the months of preparation come together, but most of all working with such incredible people.

With the right team you can achieve pretty much anything, and I feel totally blessed to have the best crew of talented, hard working, dedicated individuals I could ask for. We work long hard days, and our legs ache by the end of it but there is so much laughter along the way. We are a little family who are all passionate about getting it right, and bringing a couple's dream to life is such a rewarding feeling.

Generally you don't see much of the "behind the scenes work" on wedding blogs, and at the time we are so focussed on creating the event that we forget to take before and after shots, but I thought today I would share a few images of my team brining together yet another stunning wedding.

Thanks to Angharad Thomas photography there are a few professional shots of part of the end result, and soon I will be able to share Sian and Sam's whole day at Three Pools with you all. Angharad you are always such a star to work with, your photography is captivating, and you will be very much missed if you move to midwifery!

Emma Powell Flowers grows and supplies flowers for most of my weddings, she is a dear friend who shares in our sustainable life and events ethos, and she is a super talented lady. Spending days flower arranging with you Emma is always a joy.

Anna, Penny and Beth you are just awesome at everything you do, I could not do it without you guys!
