Donna and Rob's Stunning Glass House Wedding

With the wedding season continuing through to New Years Eve this year there hasn't been a lot of spare time for posting my collection of 2018 weddings.

On a chilly January evening August seems a long time ago, but it is so nice to look back and remember this awesome weekend with Donna and Rob in the heart of Mid Wales at the stunning setting of Plas Dinam country house. Thanks again Haywood Jones Photography for all the amazing shots - They are so beautiful!

I love an Irish wedding and this one is right up there with my all time fav's!

Where to start.

Everything about Donna and Robs weekend was relaxed, stylish and packed with non stop laughter!

Despite working full time (and in her final year of completing a doctorate!) Donna's approach to planning their day was remarkably laid-back and yet the result was seemingly effortless elegance! Totally awe inspiring - you are an amazing lady Donna.

The glass roofed barn and stables were the perfect backdrop for the style of event Donna wanted to achieve. With its rusty beams and bare stone walls housing rustic hand made tables and bar the scene was set. Added to this Donna chose to go for 3 long tables adorned with hops, candles and simple wild flowers completing the look perfectly.

Speeches on the lawn from the 4 best men had the whole wedding party in hysterics, and the laughter was non stop from there until the early hours - Love an Irish wedding :)
