Lowri and Chris's Tipi Wedding on the Farm

On a cool midsummer day in the middle of the rolling Welsh hills Lowri and Chris wed twice - An intimate affair at Nantwen followed a romantic outdoor ceremony below boughs of green in the garden at their grandparent’s family farm.

What at first glance seemed a simple family wedding, on land that was poignant for both of them, was turned into the most stylish, lavish celebration that saw the happy couple dancing the night away into the small hours!

It has to be said Lowri and Chris have some DIY skills to die for! So much love, time and hard work from all the family went into creating this magical day.

From the table centrepieces to the props, the handmade bar and sumptuous luxe-camping feel - Lowri had a clear vision from the start and didn’t shy away from achieving the wedding of her dreams.

We loved all the little personal touches, each table name being unique and important to them, the hand-picked raspberries for the champagne cocktails, planting a quince tree in the garden orchard to represent their gorgeous love for each other! To mention just a few! You guys are amazing - what you achieved was remarkable.

Once again Wedding Tipi provided a huge amount of room with distinct areas for seating, dining and dancing which gave the whole day a really indulgent feeling, whilst also being relaxed and comfortable.

And the wonderful Welsh weather did us proud and stayed almost dry the entire time! Later on the skies cleared and the inky darkness was dotted with stars and we were glad of the warmth of the fires and the outdoor seating with thoughtfully provided blankets.

Thanks to all the ushers and bridesmaids, and especially the bride and groom who worked super hard, but danced even harder! And pulled off a perfect wedding - It was such a pleasure to work with you and be part of your day.
